'Remake' - Electric Exile

The current Remake/Remodel thread at Whitechapel takes a different direction this time around. Using a very bare-bones description of the Sub-Mariner as a starting point, we were tasked with the creation of a new character in the spirit of the original: [link]

Here's the 18 words we were given to work with:

"The child of a human sea captain and of a princess of the mythical undersea kingdom of Atlantis.”

I thought an electric eel would be an interesting aquatic entity on which to base my creation.
