Halcyon

This is an update of a character I created back in 1995, Golden Eagle [link]

"HALCYON was your stereotypical 21st century superhero, complete with an eagle themed costume and basic powers including flight, super strength and invulnerability. In a confrontation with a deranged villain called the Time Twister, the conventional hero was thrown into a chronal vortex and stranded in the year 4055.

Halcyon arrived in the ruins of what was once called Avenging Aerie, the headquarters of the Alliance of Interplanetary Raptor-Men (or A.I.R.-Men) who based their quest for justice on the ancient hero Halcyon who heroically sacrificed himself to save the world from chronal collapse nearly two millennia earlier.

The A.I.R.-Men lost their fortress and a number of their members to an invasion from another dimension. Arming himself with gear scavenged from the fallen headquarters, HALCYON, along with the remaining A.I.R.-Men, combat the invading extradimensional forces throughout the solar system attempting to live up to his own legend."

Now I feel the need to draw this as a comic!
