Description
Here are some concept designs I did of Count-Hoenhiem’s Paragons [link] based on his character descriptions and some additional insight he shared with me.
The top set have more individual coloration, while I tried to give the team a more uniform, patriotic look and color scheme.
Capt. Courageous – I tried to avoid Captain America and making him a Jack Harkness knock-off by going for a WWII soldierly look and confidence.
The Solution – I had trouble with conceptualizing a unique “albino Guerrero” that didn’t just look like Guerrero… so I elongated his head (telepath) and made him bald. I figure that a guy that could jury rig anything to solve a problem would always be prepared. A utility belt just wouldn’t cut it with this guy. So I gave him lots of pockets and a utility harness filled with vast quantities of random things. Eat your heart out Batman!
Klay – Modeling clay is gray and so is Klay.
Trixter – Lots of colors and a playful character.
Mainframe – Kind of a techno-Witchblade character
Professor Tempus – I was informed that he was a middle age scientist. And a time traveler. With a pipe. I aimed for a 1950s scientist with some Victorian clothes and a sci-fi pipe. I think I hit the mark.
Mister Abnormal – 'Luchadore Businessman Chic”
